These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you (the CUSTOMER), and we (La Tulip) with email address info@latulip.co.uk, latulipevent23@yahoo.com, and telephone number 07964 882357 (the SUPPLIER).

    2. These are the terms on which we sell all goods to you. By ordering any of the goods , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the goods from our website (www.latulip.co.uk).

If this is not the case, you must tell us so that we can provide you with a different agreement with terms which are more appropriate for you, and which might in some respects be better for you.     Orders, Prices and Payments:

In any case, regardless of events beyond our control, if we do not deliver the goods on time, you can (in addition to any other remedies), treat the agreement as an end if:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       a) We have refused to deliver the goods, or if delivery on time is essential taking into account all the relevant circumstances at the time the agreement was made, or you said to us before the agreement was made that deliver on time was essential.                                                                                                                                      b) After we failed to deliver on time, you specified a later period, that was appropriate to the circumstances, and we have not delivered within that period.
  3. If you treat the agreement at an end, we will, (in addition to other remedies) promptly return all payments made under the contract.
  4. If you were entitled to treat the agreement at an end, but do not do so, you are not prevented from cancelling the order for any goods or rejecting goods that have been delivered, and if you do this, we will (in addition to other remedies) without delay, return all payments maybe under the agreement for any such cancelled or rejected goods. If the goods have been delivered, you must return them to us.
  5. In the event that any goods from a commercial unit (defined as a commercial unit of a division) would have a material impact on the value of the goods or the character of the unit, the order for those goods cannot be cancelled or rejected without also cancelling or rejecting the order for the rest of the goods.
  6. Please note that we do not typically deliver to addresses outside of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands. In the event that an order is placed for delivery outside of the aforementioned area, we will endeavour to accommodate this request. Please be aware that you may be required to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not be liable for these charges.
  7. In the event of a shortage of stock or other genuine and unfair reason, we reserve the right to deliver the goods in instalments. This will be subject to the above provisions and provided that you are not liable for additional charges.
  8. We would like to clarify that the annual nominees did not fall through due to any fault on our part. The goods were to be taken into our possession at the agreed delivery location. Please be advised that we may charge the Rias the unspoiled costs of storing and re-delivering the goods.
  9. Once the delivery or customer collection is complete, the goods will become your responsibility. It is your responsibility to examine the goods before accepting them, if this is reasonably practical.                                                                                                                                                                                                     

    Risk and Title:

    Returns and Refunds** Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.If you receive a     defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for resolution. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags          attached and packaging intact. Please note that certain items, including gift cards and personalised products are non-returnable. 

1. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. . If you received goods in connection with the order which you have cancelled. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us at 38 Nornabell Street, North Humberside, HU8 7SJ without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this order.
